Open Nominations: During the nomination period specified by the league, any current owner may nominate ONE player, coach, media member, owner, OR anyone or any personality involved in The Ultimate Football Federation.

Preliminary Voting: Five player nominees will be chosen. All current owners must vote either by choosing nominees to eliminate or by choosing five nominees to advance. Ties will be broken by the listed votes of the most senior owner (not including the commissioner; defined by seasons of consecutive ownership down to the exact date of ownership announcement if necessary), to next senior, etc. until the tie is broken. All contributor nominees will advance to debate.

Debate: This period is open to anyone - fans, former owners in good standing, media, anyone - to state and debate the case for their chosen individual. This really will be up to you guys to make it interesting, otherwise it will be a very, very boring time with regard to the Hall.

Final Voting: All current owners must vote by choosing 2 of the 5 player nominees and 1 contributor nominee. The top 2 players receiving greater than 50% of the vote and the top contributor receiving greater than 50% of the vote will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Ties will be broken by the listed votes of the most senior owner (not including the commissioner; defined by seasons of consecutive ownership down to the exact date of ownership announcement if necessary), to next senior, etc. until the tie is broken.

Special Rules:
1. Player Selection: Players must be retired permanently from the league for a period no less than 1 full season. For a player to be eligible for induction at the beginning of Season X (nominated in Season IX), for example, he must have retired from the league at the end of Season VII. 2. Coach Selection: Coaches must be retired permanently from the league for a period no less than 4 full seasons. For a coach to be eligible for induction at the beginning of Season X (nominated in Season IX), , for example, he must have retired from the league at the end of Season VII. Coaches count in the contributor category. 3. Other Nominees: Owners, media, etc. do not have any stipulations regarding induction other than they must be deemed to be in good standing with the league by the Commissioner.
